If your installed version offers a support contact in its About or settings area, you can start there and include the installation information it makes available. Support can help you identify the context needed to locate a record.
Include your app version and device type where useful. Do not send passwords, payment card details, private keys or browsing history. Reinstalling or continuing to use the app may create a new installation identifier and new analytics or performance records according to your current settings and consent choices.
