Any data we collect for analytics and performance purpose are directly connected to an installation ID. to request for a deletion, you must open app, go to "about" page by clicking the question mark in the right top of the main screen and start an e-mail thread from there. re-installing or continuing to use the app will enable collecting analytics data again with a fresh ID that cannot be tied to your old installation
